I used tolove togo tothe goshen oreilly. Seems like afew weeks ago they started hiring ppl that don't know the first thing about what their doing. Iasked ifthe girl could check and see ifmy brake pads were under warranty. Instead oflooking upmy phone number she asked mewhat the vehiclewas, what color the boxwas, and what the brand name ofthe pads were. All she had todo was look upmy number and itwould have told her that. Imentioned itthree times. But tono avail. Iused tolove the knowledge inthat store. Seems tobe gone. Do not shop atthis location. Worst customer service. Harold will literally tell you toshop somewhere else. Does not price match local competitors.

These guys are literally jumping tobe helpful. Walkedin, Stephen helped mefind the items Ineeded. Heopened one item tomake sure itwould work. Itdidn't but heimmediately refunded mymoney.
