“If you’re looking for a great comfort foods restaurant with an outdoor patio for the pups this is the place to go. Go to relax….service is very slow but everyone was super nice. Also, only sit on the outdoor patio if you don’t mind the skeeters and flies. Once monsoon season passes that issue will be resolved! Great first time visit just didn’t get to eat much because the flies were so bad.”

“A few years back my traveling girlfriends were driving thru Payson after a fun filled weekend. They needed their coffee fix - me I’ll get a tea (not a coffee lover). We happened to find this off the beaten track coffee shop that I am sure the locals pretty much know about. We just recently took a day trip again and stopped in. Two coffees and a smoothie for me. We sat and watched the end of the eclipse and enjoyed the patio! Common Grounds is Payson’s little gem! This beats any franchise coffee shop I’ve enjoyed.”

“We love Thai Food! We try to visit Thai restaurants whenever we get to a new town and we are so glad we found this one. We were here for only an hour and decided to stop in for some coconut green curry chicken with jasmine rice. We loved the cleanliness and atmosphere, and service with a smile! We ordered veggies apps as well and everything was absolutely fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant, great coconut green curry!”

“The food and atmosphere were awesome, yet our service was terrible! I had arrived there before a couple sat down next to me. They got their drinks and food and had left before we got our food. The explanation was: the kitchen was backed up! Really? We had the slowest server in the state. Our server walked without any pace whatsoever. All of the other ladies actually did their jobs, ours was on another planet. My wife paid, and I don't know if she tipped her, but I wouldn't have. Too bad I can't remember her name, but like most places, people are hard to find because no one wants to work, and our server showed us that!!! I can't believe that she's still employed!”

I ended up suggesting to the team member how about a double patty with cheese, bacon, and everything on them. “I finally stopped in, I ordered the dinner for 2, plus 4 meatballs and upgraded the garlic bread to a 1/2 loaf for a $1. OMG! it fed 3 of us and we have left overs for tomorrow!
