#fridayshoutout Yesterday, in the engagement session with the entire portfolio I have the pleasure to serve, I decided to share the nominees for the #Spiritawards. An important #remark, is that these are nominees, which means the fact they are nominated doesn't guarantee they will receive an award, but I believe just the fact of being nominated by itself is already an achievement.The content of the motivations are obviously confidential as they have confidential information from our organization, but it's worth to share a few insights. #IndividualAwardLauro Da SilvaAn inspirational soul with a phenomenal attitude, team spirit, always available to help. Lauro was the main contributor to the majority of our energy efficiency initiatives. #Teamaward#CloudInfrastructurePlanning and Engineering team led by Eduardo Morais represent one of the main pillars of our technology landscape, alongside the Access and Transport Planning & Engineering team. The achievements from this team from a #delivery, #efficiency & #optimization are considered #miracles given the context we have to work with from an Infrastructure perspective.#RadioPlanning team led by Jose Morais, are always under the radar, but are one of the teams with the highest demand, making part of the foundation of our network capacity and coverage rollout, and many other customer and business network related initiatives. As a #reminder & #word of #appraisal to the other teams & individuals from the same portfolio who should always have the ambition to be nominated, and who also do brilliant job. Remember the recognition is a momentary milestone, and comparing ourselves to others is the 1st step for frustration and demotivation, as each one of us brings unique strengths and contributions which are vital to our collective success.
